I know what it’s like to feel stuck in anxiety and overwhelm. I was convinced that my glasses of wine were helping me cope with stress and tiredness, when what I didn’t realise was that they were actually creating sleepless, anxiety-filled nights, and hungover, exhausted mornings. I knew those drinks were becoming way too important.
